Author Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

Authors are requested to submit original and unpublished manuscripts via the journal’s online submission system.

Manuscript Structure:

  • Title page with author names, affiliations, and contact details

  • Abstract (150–250 words) and 4–6 keywords

  • Main text: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion

  • References (Vancouver style preferred)

Formatting Instructions:

  • File format: MS Word (.doc or .docx)

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12, double-spaced

  • Figures and tables should be placed after references or uploaded separately with captions

Word Limits:

  • Original Articles: 3000 to 5000 words

  • Short Communications: up to 2500 words

  • Review Articles: up to 6000 words

Ethical Compliance:
For research involving human or animal subjects, authors must mention approval from a relevant ethics committee.

Conflict of Interest:
Authors must include a declaration of any potential conflicts of interest.

Processing Time:
Manuscript review and editorial decisions typically take 4–6 weeks.

  • Mental Health, Psychiatry, and Psychology

  • Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Promotion

  • Health Communication, Health Education, and Digital Health

  • AYUSH and Integrative Health Practices

 

 Types of Manuscripts Accepted:

  1. Original Research Articles (2000–4000 words)

  2. Review Articles (3000–5000 words)

  3. Case Studies/Reports (1000–2500 words)

  4. Short Communications/Brief Reports (1000–2000 words)

  5. Letters to the Editor/Commentaries (up to 1000 words)

 Manuscript Preparation:

1. Title Page

  • Manuscript Title

  • Author(s) full names, affiliations, ORCID IDs

  • Corresponding Author's email and contact number

  • Funding source(s), if any

2. Abstract

  • 150–250 words, structured (Background, Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion)

  • Keywords: 3–6 (MeSH preferred)

3. Main Text

Structure as per manuscript type:

  • Original Articles: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion

  • Reviews: Introduction, Key Themes/Subtopics, Summary

  • Case Reports: Background, Case Description, Discussion, Conclusion

4. References

  • Follow APA or Vancouver style as per journal instructions

  • Include DOI or PMID for all references where available

  • Use tools like Zotero, EndNote, or Mendeley

5. Figures & Tables

  • Submit high-quality (PNG/JPEG) files separately if needed

  • Mention location in text (e.g., Figure 1 here)

  • Provide clear captions below each figure/table

6. Ethical Considerations

  • Include IRB/IEC approval reference number

  • Mention if informed consent was obtained

  • For human studies, authors must comply with the Declaration of Helsinki

  • Use the template provided on the journal website

  • Manuscript must be in .doc or .docx format only

⏱️ Review & Publication Timeline:

    • Initial editorial screening: 3–5 days

    • Peer review: 2–4 weeks (double-blind)

    • Decision & Revision: Within 30 days

    • Publication (online first): Within 7 days after acceptance
